Stefan is Smirnow Law’s Government Affairs Manager, where he supports the firm’s policy advocacy and international trade work. Prior to Smirnow Law, Stefan worked on supply chain issues at the Solar Energy Industry Association (SEIA). While at SEIA, Stefan developed member advocacy materials on supply chain issues including trade actions and domestic manufacturing incentives. Stefan lives in Washington D.C, and earned an M.P.P from Georgetown University and a B.A. from American University.
